Questions
How do I check my points?
Tap the Rewards button on any page of our site and sign in, or ask us at the register.
Do in-store purchases earn points?
Yes! Just give us the email or phone number on your ZIENA account at checkout.
How do I use my points?
Online, open the Rewards panel, choose a reward and apply the code at checkout. In store, just ask us to redeem your points at the register.
How do I reach a VIP level?
It's automatic. Once you've spent $300 in a calendar year you move up to Inner Circle, and at $750 you become a VIP. You keep your level for the rest of that year and all of the next year, and your bonus points start on your next purchase.
When do I get my quarterly bonus?
Within the first week after each quarter ends (early April, July, October and January). The first quarter is January to March 2027. You'll see the 250 points in your Rewards panel.
