For items being shipped, your item is expected to ship within 3 - 4 business days of purchase. For items being picked up in store, your item is expected to be ready within 48 hours of purchase (on days the store is open). Currently, ZIENA Boutique ships to the continental US only. Store pick-ups are located at 215 S. Kansas St. Edwardsville, IL Suite 102.
Free shipping is offered for purchases above $75. This amount is affected by sale pricing. Amount must be met before sales tax and other discounts to be eligible for free shipping.
ZIENA does not offer shipping labels and cost coverage for returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with returning or exchanging an item.
ZIENA Boutique offers returns for store credit only. We do not offer money back. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your eligible items for store credit or an exchange. Please note: as styles move quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item can take place. In this case, you would receive store credit on your account and this never expires. This store credit can be used in store or online at www.zienaboutique.com.
Items that are NOT eligible to return are:
Swimsuits, Sale Items, Personal Hygiene Items (including, but not limited to, chapsticks, makeup, scrubs, bath products and more) and "One of a Kind" Items
If your items are defective and have any holes, runs, or zipper issues, we would be happy to exchange your item as long as it is still in stock. We can't guarantee that items will be available. Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the original item has been sent back and received at our warehouse and has been fully reviewed by our warehouse staff.
Please note, our warehouse staff is able to reject a return for reasons such as receiving the wrongly intended item, ordering an incorrect item, receiving an item that falls into our “not eligible to be returned” category, etc. You will be notified if your return has not met our criteria.

If you are sent the wrong item, whether it be size, color, or not the item you ordered, we will process an exchange as soon as we receive the wrong item back.
