Shipping + Returns

At ZIENA Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit, we do not offer refunds. Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card attached to your account which can be used for future purchases. Don't worry, we get new styles weekly so there will always be something that catches your eye! Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received- unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Items with any sign of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage will not be accepted. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Original shipping costs are non refundable and customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Final sale items and sale items cannot be returned.
