Why can't I see every charm?
Our charm trays change every week, and many charms are one of a kind. Tell us what you love and our stylists hand-pick the best match. Check "Text me photos first" if you'd like to approve them.
Dangle charms or name slider?
Dangle charms hang from jump rings and are perfect for hobbies, pets, places and favorite things. They come on necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. Name sliders are letters that slide onto a chain or scarf, so they're made for names, initials and short words.
How is a name slider priced?
You pay for the chain ($5) or silk scarf ($7), plus each letter: small letters are $5 each and large letters are $7 each. "MOM" in large letters on a necklace chain is $5 + 3 × $7 = $26. Block tiles come in small only.
How does the scarf work?
Your slider letters go onto a skinny silk scarf in place of a chain. Tie it as a necklace for a soft, fun look.
Can I mix letters and dangle charms?
Yes! Build one style here and tell us what you'd like added in the "Tell us more" box or your order notes. We'll reach out if it changes the price.
