To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry place when not being worn.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your order sooner than our standard production time, contact us before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our Edwardsville boutique. You'll receive an email when your custom order is ready.
Are personalized products returnable?
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Do you offer group appointments?
Yes! We love hosting private events for birthdays, bridal parties, girls' nights, team celebrations, and more. We offer experiences like Permanent Jewelry, Charm Bar, and Custom Trucker Hats for groups of 10 or more. You'll be able to select from available options depending on the product. Some designs are fully customizable, while others are created by our team based on the style and preferences you provide.
What if I make a mistake in my personalization?
Please double-check all names, dates, initials, and spelling before placing your order. We personalize your item exactly as entered.
Can I order custom products online?
Yes! Most of our custom products can be ordered directly through our website. Simply select your item, provide your personalization details, and we'll create your one-of-a-kind piece. Some services, like Permanent Jewelry, are available exclusively in our Edwardsville boutique.
How long does customization take?
Most custom orders are completed within 3-7 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.
Can custom orders be shipped?
Absolutely! We ship most custom products anywhere in the United States. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Permanent Jewelry is an in-store service and cannot be shipped.
Can I preview my design before it's made?
Our designs are created based on the information you provide when ordering. We can provide digital proofs for every order, and we carefully craft each piece to match your selections as closely as possible. If we have any questions about your order, we'll contact you before production begins.
