USE + CONTENT

This includes wording, logos, product photos, and other information. Everything on the Site is property of the Company and cannot be used in any circumstances unrelated to us.
When creating an account on www.zienaboutique.com or in person at our store (located at 215 S. Kansas St. Edwardsville, IL 62025 - Suite 102) information is stored in Shopify. You are required to input specific information including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, and other information. www.zienaboutique.com uses SSL encryption to keep your information safe, but we cannot guarantee that outside sources are free from interception or interruption via the internet. The customer is solely responsible for their account, their user ID, and any information added to their account. By creating an account online or in person, you agree to be providing the correct information that the Company will use to identify you for orders, transactions, returns, exchanges, and more. Failing to do so, can result in termination of your account. ZIENA has the right to terminate an account at any time with no written notice. Failure to abide by any terms and conditions automatically terminates your account.
ORDERS + PURCHASES
Any person purchasing item(s) in person or online agrees to pay the amount of the transaction, including but not limited to, the purchase price, sales tax, and shipping cost associated with the transaction. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, online payment terminal, and cash (in-store only). We do not accept checks of any kind. When making a purchase, you agree that the payment is your responsibility and you are not violating any state or federal law.
Entering the correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has been shipped, ZIENA cannot change the shipping address. Once a shipment leaves the facility (215 S. Kansas St. Edwardsville, IL 62025 Suite 102) ZIENA is no longer responsible for that shipment in relation to delays, lost, stolen or damaged items, etc.
SMS AND TELEPHONE SERVICES
Certain circumstances require the use of a mobile device. By contacting or receiving information from ZIENA via phone you hereby agree to accept any fees associated with your service provider. You always have the right to opt out of receiving mobile communications.
Company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by activities or factors beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, war, weather, strikes, floods, lockouts, fires, acts of God, terrorism, and/or delivery, vendor, supplier, or other third party delays, non-performance, or failures of any kind.

By posting, commenting, tagging, sharing, or in any way interacting with content of ZIENA Boutique, you are giving permission for ZIENA to use your content in relation to the company, whether that be training purposes, marketing, etc.
