Please note: as styles move quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item can take place. In this case, you would receive store credit on your account.

If your items are defective and have any holes, runs, or zipper issues, we would be happy to exchange your item as long as it is still in stock. We can't guarantee that items will be available. Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the original has been sent back and received at our warehouse and has been fully reviewed by our warehouse staff.

If you are sent the wrong item, whether it be size, color, or not the item you ordered, we will process an exchange as soon as we receive the wrong item back.
