Your item is expected to ship within 3 - 4 business days of purchase. Currently, ZIENA Boutique ships to the continental US only.
ZIENA Boutique offers returns for store credit only. We do not offer money back. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your eligible items for store credit or an exchange. Please note: as styles move quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item can take place. In this case, you would receive store credit on your account.
Items that are NOT eligible to return are:
Swimsuits, Sale Items and "One of a Kind" Items
If your items are defective and have any holes, runs, or zipper issues, we would be happy to exchange your item as long as it is still in stock. We can't guarantee that items will be available. Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the original has been sent back and received at our warehouse and has been fully reviewed by our warehouse staff.
If you are sent the wrong item, whether it be size, color, or not the item you ordered, we will process an exchange as soon as we receive the wrong item back.
